Here are a few things that I felt nostalgic about or that piqued my interest this week.

Dress

(ASOS CURVE Scallop Detail Shift Dress)

Although, it’s in polyester… so I’m not too sure I’ll get it.

Shoes

(Forever 21 Canvas Cone Heels)

Song

Ohhh, Ingrid Michaelson, how I love your voice.

Movie

Center Stage has been one of my favorite movies for a long time. I love the group dynamics and the back stage look into a ballet studio. Especially with the popularity of Black Swan and having read my mother’s book about a ballerina, I’m all kinds of loving ballerina things right now, and this movie brings everything I love about dance together.

Thing that happened this week

My absolute favorite thing that happened this week was walking into my classes and being greeted by friendly faces and people who knew me. After a semester of feeling so new to everything, it was great to walk in and recognize people and have friends in my class. It’s amazing what the difference of a semester can do.

I hope you all had a great week. I’m excited to post two outfits I wore for school and as a part of Frantic Dream’s Spot the Difference challenge.

What are some of your favorite things this week?

  1. Yay! I knew it when i saw the dress that i think it would suit you and you would like it! I like the scallop hems but wish they have shorts with scallop hems! I think this one would look nice with a belt.

  2. im exactly the same with a number of asos dresses they look beautiful then i see what there made off, not the most breathable of fabrics!

and thanks for the comment on my blog 🙂 my hair drives me mad i have to get it thinned out all the time cause it so thick!

    xxx

    1. Yeah, I wish they would make some garments in other fabrics, but I’m still pleased with them about 75% of the time :).

And jealous about your hair thinning, too hahah. I’m sure most stylists want to add extensions to mine because it’s not thick at all!
