Hellllllloooo! I turned in my two biggest projects in the past two days, so I’m much more relaxed and happy now. How do I celebrate getting my life back? By wearing RED pants! See, I wasn’t lying about you guys having to endure red all season. I can’t remember wearing any type of pants other than khakis, black and gray dress pants, and jeans after the age of ten, so stepping out in red pants wasn’t as simple as it seems. Having lived a majority of my life trying to “camouflage” my bum area, I never wore anything that drew attention to it, so it was actually a really great feeling to go out today and feel as confident as I did.
I paired my red pants with a gray metallic-threaded DKNY Jeans top, my new Avenue leather inset jacket, and my chain necklace that I love to pieces.

I really love the deep red color of the jeans, and I only have one complaint about them over all. They stretch out… a lot. If Evans ever gets them back in stock, I’d size down one size. I still liked them enough to buy the green pair in the same size (the size below was sold out). I’m excited to try them in different looks.. maybe rolled up at the bottom a bit. But anyways, this outfit perfectly went with the chilly day we had here, and overall I’m pretty happy with the attention they are bringing to my bum, hahah :).

Thank you! Yea, I was realizing all of my outfits revolved around the same jeans over and over again, so colored jeans kind of pushed me to try something new. They are definitely fun!

The pants look fantastic! I ended up getting the green pair in a 28 US. Hoping they fit okay but I’ve always hated wearing pants… so we will see! I have some new shoes (birthday present for myself, ha) that I think will look amazing with them…
These Evans pants are the first pair of colored jeans I’ve seen that go up to a 28. Actually, that’s a lie – I think one of the catalogs does carry colored pants/denim occasionally but I never really liked their pants. Something to try maybe?
If I could buy cobalt blue pants, I’d wear them in a heartbeat.
Yeah, I’ve tried buying pants from catalogs and they are always kind of horrible. This style is the first I’ve seen in a big name store. I got the green ones too! I can’t wait to see how we style it differently 🙂

OMG!!! I love those jeans! The color is so rich and intense. I love colored jeans and coincidentally, I bought some peach American Rag jeggings tonight at Macy’s (it was so hard to decide between the peach and cobalt blue, but I had to go with peach). By the way, I hate when that stretch jean thing happens! I have had jeans look so cute in the morning and by the end of the day, I look like I my diaper needs to be changed (they are so saggy in the seat and crotch).

First you know I live for colored jeans (especially my purple ones)… but currently bodycon skirts are giving me life. But for this outfit… its simple but that top is super unique and I really really like it. I also wish I wasn’t broke cuz the color of your jeans is calling my name. You look glowingly gorgeous as usual 😀

I think they look great! I don’t think I have ever had coloured pants (maybe when I was 5). I don’t know if i’d ever buy any, but there’s a first for everything!
I’m not much of a pants person, I like my tights with skirts or dresses. I finally bought two pairs of jeans this year, for the first time in maybe 3 years, just to please the mother. She still doesn’t believe me that I have two because she has yet to see me in them 😛
lol! I wish I could feel more comfortable in tights/skirts/dresses. I love the way dresses look, but then when I go to leave the house I’m self conscious that the dress will run up or something.
